1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CreativeBot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CreativeBot is an AI-powered image editing platform that allows users to modify images using natural language prompts. The Service uses third-party AI models to process and generate edited images.

We also offer a mobile application called "Creative Bot Pro" available on iOS and Android platforms, which provides similar functionality with platform-specific features.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Credit System and Payments

4.1 Credit Packages

The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. Credits are used to generate AI-edited images and are available in the following packages:

50 credits for $5.99
100 credits for $8.99
250 credits for $15.99

4.2 Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable

Important: All credit purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable between accounts. Credits do not expire but may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violation of these Terms.

4.3 Platform-Specific Credits

Important: Credits purchased on the CreativeBot website are not usable on the Creative Bot Pro mobile app, and credits purchased through the mobile app are not usable on the website. Each platform maintains separate credit balances. This separation is required by app store policies.

4.4 In-App Purchases

Purchases made through the Creative Bot Pro mobile app are processed by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms and conditions in addition to these Terms. All in-app purchases follow the app store's refund policies.

4.5 Subscription Services (Mobile App)

The Creative Bot Pro mobile app offers subscription services with the following terms:

Pro Subscription: Includes 200 monthly subscription credits and Pro user status
Ultimate Subscription: Includes 500 monthly subscription credits and Ultimate user status
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device's account settings
Billing: Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase

Subscription Refund Policy: If you receive a refund for a subscription through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), we will automatically deduct the equivalent amount of subscription credits from your account balance. If you have used credits that exceed your remaining balance, your account may go into negative credit balance until you purchase additional credits or subscribe again. This policy helps maintain fair usage and prevents abuse of the refund system.

Subscription Credit Usage: Subscription credits are provided monthly and are separate from purchased credits. When your subscription ends (by cancellation or non-payment), any unused subscription credits will remain available in your account and can be used even after your subscription ends. Your purchased credits and free credits will also remain available. Subscription credits cannot be transferred, refunded, or converted to purchased credits.

4.6 Google Play Subscriptions

For Android users subscribing through Google Play:

Subscriptions are managed through your Google Play account
Billing and refunds are handled by Google Play according to their policies
You can manage your subscription in the Google Play Store app under "Subscriptions"
To cancel, go to Google Play Store > Account > Subscriptions > Creative Bot Pro > Cancel
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless required by local law

4.7 Apple App Store Subscriptions

For iOS users subscribing through the Apple App Store:

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID account
Billing and refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies
You can manage your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
To cancel, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Creative Bot Pro > Cancel
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Apple's standard refund policies apply

5. Referral Program

CreativeBot offers a Refer-a-Friend (RaF) system where:

Each user receives a unique referral link
When a new user signs up using your referral link and creates their first account, you receive 10 free credits
Referral credits are subject to the same terms as purchased credits
We reserve the right to investigate and void referral credits obtained through fraudulent means
Self-referrals and referrals from the same household/IP address may be rejected

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 Prohibited Content

You may not upload, edit, or generate images that:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of others
Contain private images of individuals without their explicit consent
Are pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit
Promote violence, hatred, or discrimination
Are defamatory, threatening, or harassing
Violate the privacy rights of others

6.2 Copyright and Permissions

Important: You must only upload and modify images that you own or have explicit permission to edit. Uploading copyrighted images without permission or private images of other individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

6.3 Illegal Activity

Any use of the Service for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. We will cooperate with law enforcement and report any illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect and process certain information to provide and improve our Service, including:

IP addresses for abuse prevention and security purposes
Account information and usage data
Images uploaded for processing (see our Privacy Policy for details)

8. Account Termination

8.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination:

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted
All uploaded and generated images will be removed from our servers
Unused credits will be forfeited (non-refundable)

8.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

9. Data Retention and Inactive Accounts

To maintain system performance and storage efficiency:

Accounts inactive for 60 days or more may have their images automatically deleted
We will attempt to notify you before deletion via email
Account information may be retained even after image deletion unless you request full account deletion

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CreativeBot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of the AI-generated results. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Mobile App Terms

12.1 App Store Compliance

When using the Creative Bot Pro mobile app, you also agree to comply with:

Apple App Store Terms of Service (for iOS users)
Google Play Terms of Service (for Android users)
Any additional terms imposed by the respective app stores

12.2 Mobile App Permissions

The Creative Bot Pro app may request access to:

Photo library - to select images for editing
Camera - to capture new images for editing
Network connectivity - to process images and sync data
Storage - to save edited images to your device

You can manage these permissions through your device settings.

12.3 App Updates

We may release updates to improve functionality and security. While updates are recommended, some features may require the latest version to function properly.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
